RMD Kwikform's technical infrastructure was originally designed to provide support for its operations on a country by country basis. Due to global integration, the company needed to implement a new business system for use in all worldwide operations. This required 24/7 customer support and needed around the clock management of the computer system in order to support operations in all time zones.
